Purpose of the site and no advice

The site works out free of charge, from the visitor’s inputs, the instalment calendar of the settlements of debts passed to the Italian collection agency (statutory dates, last useful day, estimated amounts), checks the lapse rules, estimates the sums written off and compares an ordinary instalment plan. These results are not tax or legal advice, a decision or personal guidance: only the statement of sums due from Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione is binding. The site is independent: it is affiliated with neither Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione, the Agenzia delle entrate, INPS, any region or comune, nor any accountant, tax-assistance centre, law firm or lender, and uses no official logo. Sources quoted

Rules: laws and decrees published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale and on Normattiva; legislative and regulatory texts are not covered by copyright (article 5 of Italian law 633 of 1941). How the rules are applied: public FAQs and pages of Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione, from which the site takes only facts and dates, with a link to the source, without reproducing their texts or lists.

Limits of liability

Information is reread against the official texts and checked, with no guarantee of being error-free or always current. Instalment amounts are estimates. The publisher cannot be held liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of an amount or date shown here. Errors can be reported through the contact page.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics and code are protected and remain the publisher’s property; short quotations are allowed with a link to the original page. The sources quoted belong to their respective owners.

What you type in the calculators stays in your browser.
